Qualified Company management

VANDENBULKE Corporate + Trust provides on demand directorship by experienced local directors.  We provide alike managers, officers, attorneys, processing agents, signatories services.  Our fees vary according to various factors including the degree of involvement of the directors, the type of services rendered in respect of the active management of the company, the potential liability and risk exposure, the seniority of directors or frequency of board meetings.

We ensure adequate corporate governance of the entities that we managed and rely in this respect on the recognized expertise of Vandenbulke’s lawyers.

Accounting services

Through our accountants’ network, we provide bookkeeping services, prepare annual statutory accounts and may manage any audit process and bespoke periodic reporting including group reporting for consolidated structures or financial reporting required by the EU Transparency Directive.

We provide either directly in-house accounting services or select, with our clients, specific accounting firms which we have beforehand short-listed and that we monitor throughout the social life of the entities.

Tax compliance services

VANDENBULKE Corporate + Trust prepares the tax returns and tax balances and maintains close contacts with the tax authorities.  We file your company’s direct income tax and VAT returns with the Luxembourg authorities. VANDENBULKE’s Lawyers negotiate on demand specific tax agreements with the tax authorities which we faithfully implement.
