Luxembourg, Updates on Company law and Directors liability
VANDENBULKE shall hold and sponsor a morning session on the current crucial issues relating to the liability of directors and will introduce the latest developments in corporate law in Luxembourg. Several Lawyers of the firm shall take the floor to debate about the latest changes in corporate directorships liability and will review the main features of the new law on cross-border mergers and financial assistance. Draft bills will also be scrutinized with the view to identify the future trends in Luxembourg corporate law.
